Unable to publish in Presenter

I am getting the same error message on a presentation (Some controls on this presentation can't be activated. They might not be registered on this computer.) I am able to click OK and go past the message but I am not sure if it is causing any problems with the presentation. Is there any way to troubleshoot which slide(s) are causing the error or a way to resolve this? I don't get this error on other presentations.
