Unable to publish in Storyline 360
I am unable to publish my updated Storyline 360. I tried last evening several times and again this morning without success. I keep receiving an error message each time. I have also noticed that Storyline is not visible when I click on the application on my desktop.
Hi AmyMaguire-7d27! Sorry for the trouble! Are you publishing to Review 360, LMS, or Web? As an initial troubleshooting step, I'd recommend:
- Logging out of the Articulate 360 desktop app.
- Closing the desktop app.
- Open the desktop app and log back in.
After, please open Storyline 360 to see if you can publish again!

I'm having the same issue. Just submitted a help ticket. Looks like it's an Articulate issue, which is good to know. I even uninstalled and reinstalled all applications.
