Unable to publish review link or scorm file

I have been facing the error attached since yesterday. Unable to publish review links or scorm files. Please help with steps to resolve!

  • you have problems with publishing your embeded video(s)

The source video file is missing
    Articulate.Design.Video.Publish.VideoSaveArgs.set_SourceFilePath

I would deactivate all integrated videos for a test - it is sufficient to hide the video(s) on the slide(s)

if the publish works now, you have to find out if the video export works at all on your computer or if it is a special video

create a new empty course and integrate a video, set the export properties the same as for your real course and test it

if you can't get ahead on the problem you should open a support case

  • if the error message appears - please click on the blue text button "information", then a second window will open with more informations

just copy the text from the second window and post it here
