Unable to Replace Video in RISE
I have attached a Peek video showing that RISE will NOT let me "Replace Video"

Hi Carla,
Once you have created your video block, select Edit at the left side of the block.
You will see a thumbnail and the name of the default video file.
Select Edit located to the far right of the video file name.
Select Replace video.
Yes, that is what I did. NOTHING happens, does not open....
