Unable to start a free trial

Dear support,

 

i tried, many times, to start a free trial, my objective is to test Storyline 360 before to buy a subscription. Below what I've done :

  • Create an account here : https://www.articulate.com/360/trial/
  • Activate my account by mail
  • Access to the Articulate 360 dashboard : OK
  • Download the Articulate 360 Apps : OK
  • Lauching the app : Not OK, the message is : 

 

Could you please help me ? Very frustrating :s hope your assistance will help me :)

    I have exactly the same issue.  The site just keeps going in circles.

      Hi Mike_J,

      Thanks for letting us know. Just to confirm, are you also seeing a warning message that says you don’t have an active subscription?

      I checked your account, and you do have an active trial, so you shouldn’t be seeing that message. If you are, please try clearing your browser cookies or cache, then log in again at 360.articulate.com using the email tied to your trial account. Once you're logged in, open the Articulate 360 desktop app and sign in there again as well.
