Unable to use templates from content library

Hello All,

We have paid for Articulate Storyline 360 subscription. Installed the storyline but unable to use templates from content library. Am I missing something?

    If the Content Library features (including the templates) are not loading correctly, check these:

    • Make sure you are working with Articulate installed to your C:\ drive, not a shared network location
    • Make sure you have an active internet connection
    • Make sure you are logged in to Articulate (the desktop version) 
    • You have restarted your system after installing Articulate

    If you are working over a VPN connection, I would try disconnecting, rebooting, and then see whether you can start Storyline and access the features you want. It's possible that there are VPN settings that are preventing you from reaching the intended resources (this has happened occasionally to other users). If this approach works, then the issue is with your VPN.

    Otherwise, you should probably contact Articulate and open a support case.
