Unexpected "Yes/No" Prompt in SCORM Output from Storyline 360
We're experiencing the same behavior. we've updated a course from May 2025, and it now stuck in the yes/no screen whether you in/completed the course without responding. The menu should stay restricted. What should we do?

Thanks for raising this, Galox. I understand how challenging this is, especially with a large learner audience.
I know asking learners to select Restart isn’t realistic at your scale. The most reliable way to avoid this moving forward is to make sure all versions of a given course are published using update 100 or later, so the resume data remains consistent across updates.
