Hi all! +1 on the request for an open-text response/essay option in Rise.

I'm currently using a storyline block with an essay question and running into an issue. I want learners to be able to revisit a previous section and see their essay answer saved. Right now, my storyline slide is set to resume to saved state. But when a learner navigates away from the Rise section and returns, the essay question has been reset. 

Any advice? Thank you!

    Hi Jessica, 

    Embedded Storyline 360 blocks in a Rise 360 course can't save their progress because they lack the necessary files to communicate with an LMS.

    I've added your voice to the feature request for survey blocks in Rise 360, and we'll let you know when this makes it to our product roadmap!

      Hello Jose, please add another plus 1 to this request.  I need to the learner's to retain the response they add to an essay style question. If the embeded storyline will not do that, than I dont see Rise working the way we had hopped to use it.  I see on the roadmap there is a custom block coming, wondering if this will have the features many are looking for here?
