Unlocking navigation after course has been viewed once

I have some complex technical courses that I develop. I need the student to view the entire course to the end, so they understand the procedure in its entirety, and so I set the courses to...
Don't set Navigation to Locked. Set it to Restricted. That will require the user to go through the slides in order. They won't be able to jump ahead with the Menu.
However, they will be able to use the Menu to jump to any previously viewed slide.
