Unused image in published course

I have created a Rise 360 course. When I publish the course an image file appears inside of the assets folder that is not used anywhere in the course. I am not sure how to remove it from the course or where it is coming from. I am publishing as a SCORM 1.2 file, but also found the same thing when publishing to Web. I only found it because the file name was too long when the admin was testing the course in the LMS. any help would be appreciated.

    Hi ChadNeumann I would recommend raising a support case for this. You will be able to share your course file privately with the support staff. It would be interesting to hear how this does get resolved though and what may be hanging on to the image.
