Update need for translated questions banks

Hello

We have translated a Rise course that includes a question bank. We have now identified an error in one of the questions, and this error needs to be corrected across all language versions.

When reviewing the translated Rise course, we noticed that the question bank itself cannot be updated after translation.

Since the required change is only to an image inside the question, it would be ideal if we could update the SCORM package directly. We would prefer to avoid re‑translating the course into all 36 languages.

Does anyone have experience with updating or modifying questions in a Rise course after translation?
