Upload Storyline Video to Rise 360
Hi, I'm creating a course in Rise and I've added a number of videos, all of which have been fine, but I have one which is proving difficult to upload. It's only 7.4MB, 3mins 22sec long. I've deleted the block and retried, re- published and re-saved it yet it just shows processing video for ages. Any ideas? Thanks

If the issue comes up again, try switching to a different internet connection or toggling your VPN (if you're using one) to help rule out any network-related problems.
