Uploading image in RISE
Someone in my team is building a RISE and can't upload more than one image from her computer per day. Here is a screenshot of the error.
I don't know if this is relevant information, but we have 15 licenses under one name, and this problem only occurs to some licenses. Not all of them... Any hint for us?

Sorry to hear your colleagues are having trouble uploading images to Rise 360!
I have some follow-up questions to help me understand the behavior a little better:
- From the screenshot, it looks like they're working with a Tabbed Interaction. Does this issue occur across all Image Block types, or is it specific to one?
- Do certain image files produce the error, or is the behavior widespread across any image file they attempt to upload?
- Have they tried clearing their browser's cache, or using an incognito browser to see if that corrects the issue?

- All Image Block types
- Any image file
