Usage Reporting or Stats

Does anyone know if there's a way to find out usage stats for Articulate 360 seats? I have a limited number of seats and find myself having to challenge claimed usage versus actual - as everyone always "needs" their seat and cannot possibly give it up! Would be good to see some usage statistics.
