User progress resets evert time they exit the course in Blackboard LMS.

We created a course in Rise 360 to be taken in Blackboard. We published the file as LMS and uploaded it as a SCORM package in Blackboard, but while taking the course, the progress bar reset...

We experienced the same issue in our LMS.
Through experimentation we discovered that we needed to turn on the Exit Course Link in each Rise course.
If students used that link the LMS would save their progress, status and bookmarking. If they did not use the link, they would have to restart the course from the beginning every time.

Thanks for your response. We actually turned on the Exit Course Link for the whole course and it's always available on the upper right corner.
We use that link when we need to close the course, but the progress still resets to zero after we reopen the course through Blackboard.
