Using an IOS emulator to capture Step-By-Step video

I need to create a training on an IOS app that my company is using. I have Storyline 360 on a PC so I am unable to install the app directly. I am hoping to try using an IOS emulator on ...
You will not be able to use the step-by-step feature; I would use reflector and build it out myself step by step.
You could try an emulator but I suspect there will be a lot of work to make it look good
