Using Sign Language in Storyline 360

Hi, i,m from brazil, and there we have a tool named VLibras (https://www.gov.br/governodigital/pt-br/vlibras). 
Its is a basic tool, that read the selected text and translate to Sign Language. 
For default, no one can to select a storyline text, but i can resolve it with comunity help, reading other discussions. 

But NOW, i can select the text and copy e past, but the VLibras or another plugin can't do translate or reading the text, and i dont have any idea to do. 

Someone have any  idea to resolve, or any solution to aply a Sing Language in the Storyline 360, without recording movies.
