Hi RFE/RL Academy,
You can publish a Storyline 360 course for LMS or LRS distribution. With Rise 360, you can only publish it for LMS distribution. We do have a feature request to have LRS distribution for Rise 360. I will add you to the list, and if we ever get that feature, we will post an update here.
