Video cannot be encoded error in Storyline 360
Hi! I am trying to edit videos I downloaded from the Content Library in Storyline 360, but keep getting the error message "the video cannot be encoded." I have uninstalled Storyline 360 and reinstal...
I am getting this same exact error when I try to edit any video in the Storyline edit video feature. I cannot get it to stop. I've tried everything. Feature will not work for me any longer.

Thanks for reaching out about this. It sounds like you've tried troubleshooting without any resolution, so I've opened a support case on your behalf. One of our Support Engineers will be in touch via email. In the meantime, you can try saving your file locally, importing your slides into a new Storyline project, or trying a Storyline repair if you haven't already.
