It sounds like video content from your course is continuing to play in the background even when switching over to a new tab. I’d be happy to help with that!
I tried to recreate this issue on my end where I uploaded a course to SCORM cloud, which included a video with audio. When viewing the course, I navigated to other tabs while the video was playing. When I toggled to a different browser tab the video with audio paused.

It sounds like the issue could be specific to the LMS environment you are working in. Have you tried testing your course in another LMS environment?
