Video control - Speed of playback 1.5 and 2x - can you do that in Storyline 360
I've got many Youtube videos I want to embed in my project. They are long and like many I prefer to watch the videos at 1.5x or 2.0x speed to save time. Is there any way to adjust the playback speed in Storyline 360? How? Thanks.
If you embed the videos from Youtube they'll be inside the Youtube player and the playback speed should be available from that,
If you upload and insert the video on the slide, you can go into the player settings and enable playback speed.

Is it possible to embed a video into a slide and have the video run at 1.5x?
I am showing steps that i caught using the screen recorder but it is mostly typing and the user doesnt have to see everything that is typed, just that something is typed and moved to the next section.

For embedded videos, the playback speed can only be adjusted through the player from the third-party hosting site. If a playback button is available in the player of the embedded video, then speeding up by a factor of 1.5x will be an option for your learners. If not, there isn't a way to control the playback speed of the embedded video from within the Storyline 360 course.
