you could place a transparent shape (shape with a fill set to 100% transparency not NO FILL) over the video and then the user can't access the controls to drag
I figured it out!! On the video slide, under Slide Properties -- Player Features, make sure Seekbar is checked. Then it puts the seekbar the custom player specifies and DOES NOT allow the user to advance it (because of the "Read Only" setting in the custom player).
... and make sure you change "Player Defaults" under Player Features to "Custom for the selected slide" so you can see the Seekbar checkbox...

I am following the transparent option indeed it is useful, however, with the latest version when the user/learner switches to the full-screen mode they can easily fast forward the video. Do we have any solution for this?
