Video created as Storyline output has blank start screen when used in Rise multimedia block

Hi.  I've created a video in Storyline 360 from 4 slides.  When I embed it in Rise, it shows as a blank screen with start button.  It plays as expected but I'd like to get a first frame picture show...

Thank you for responding.  Is it possible to send me a secure link to upload my file because the SL file has sensitive information and I want to adhere to the rules of my organization. Thank you for the help!

Hi Cassandra - I ran into this a while back and my issue was audio on the first slide. Try putting a slide with no audio as the first slide and see if that corrects the issue.

    That is also my workaround. I basically inform the learner with a caption that the demo/simulation/video contains audio and it will begin after clicking Next.

    Thanks for the tip Thomas.  It's really odd. My first slide has not audio. In SL and even Replay it is fine but when I upload in my Rise course, it starts out with the black screen.
