Video disappeared at the end on mouse click
Team,
We are facing one issue with Storyline 360.
There is one Video Splash page at the start of the course, where I used one hotspot to jump to the next screen, using a trigger(jump to slide).
Step 1: The screen will load and wait till the end of the splash video.
Step 2: Click anywhere on the screen other than the hotspot button.
The video screen will disappear.
Note: I have tested this on SCORM Cloud, where it's working fine. but I run this on Moodle LMS, it's replicated there.
Please help me with this.

you have an correct overlay above the video that blocks the mouse clicks

Yes, this file has an error on the SCORM cloud there is no problem!
but if you check with Moodle LMS the error will appear. Please try to follow the steps mentioned in my thread.
If you didn't get it the first time just click the replay button and wait for the video to stop and click anywhere on the screen.
i do not have access to a moodle system
you could do a screen recording with Peek 360 on moodle with open debug console of the browser (-> F12)
This problem with LMS is that the course will load on iframe.
