Video Embed Controls Cut off in Storyline

Hi all, I have a few short video clips embedded into my storyline file, but when I go to publish it for review and put it into Rise, some (4 of 6) video controls at the bottom are cut off so the user can't see the play button, play bar etc. 

In storyline, it shows the the boxes are much higher up, but once it is in rise, it shows they are positioned lower and the video play features are cut off.

I've tried re-embedding the videos, I've tried adjusting their size, bringing them to the front, duplicating the slides where you can see the controls and replacing the embed code and each time when i republish the controls are cut off and not useable. 

I've tried restarting storyline and rise, I've tried creating a new version for review, but each time its the same 4 of 6 videos where the controls are cut off.

The attached images show one of how it looks in Rise (cut off, you can barely see the white timestamp box) and one of how it looks in Storyline (the video is positioned much higher). 

Looking for help on how to resolve this. This has not been published in an LMS, the issue seems to be between storyline and rise.
