Video embeds from Kaltura have blurry thumbnails only on tab and accordion blocks

Hi there,

Whenever I have embedded videos from Kaltura on the any tab except the first one in a tab block the video thumbnail is blurry. The same occurs on any embedded video in a accoridion block. Everywhere else in the course these video embeds are crips a clean. 

How can I resolve this?
