Video not playing during timeline preview?

Hi everyone,  I noticed the my videos are not playing when previewing my timeline.  This happens from the latest SL360 update.  Thoughts?

I'm having this issue. When I go to edit the video, it will play. When I preview the slide it won't play. I even published it and it still wouldn't play. I even added a trigger to play media and nothing happens? Is this still an issue?

    Sorry to hear you are also experiencing issues with getting videos to play while previewing/publishing a course! I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot!

    This type of snag is usually specific to the file itself and tricky to replicate on our end. Would you mind sharing the affected file here in the discussion or privately through a support case? I’ll test the video and then share my results!

    Hello Debbie, 

    Sorry to hear that you ran into a similar issue. Users who encounter video related issues are usually experiencing something that is file specific. To troubleshoot, we'll need to take a look at your project file. 

    Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can check what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

      Hi Linda, 

      Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. 

      It appears Debbie's issue was specific to her file, so we'd like to test your project to see if it can also be fixed, or if we can isolate what's causing the behavior.

      Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
