Video not playing during timeline preview?

Hi everyone, I noticed the my videos are not playing when previewing my timeline. This happens from the latest SL360 update. Thoughts?

very interesting bug

set position to 35 sek (before the video) and press play -> video don't play
set position to 38 sek (within the video) und press play -> video is playing correct

but publish to web does not seem to be affected
