I’m happy to let you know that we’re no longer seeing the issue in Rise 360 where replaced media files in Real Content courses were still included in the published output.

I can confirm that this behavior consistently happens for any Rise 360 course built using Real Content courses. I understand this is not ideal, especially for organizations where the file size of the published output is important. I filed this as a possible bug with our product team so they can investigate what's happening. We'll share updates here as soon as they are available!
