Is there any way to set autoplay on videos I have uploaded in to a course? And choose a thumbnail or the opening frame?
Hi Kylie! I understand you wanted your videos to autoplay in Rise. Currently, Rise requires users to click the "play" button to play the video. I can share this with our team and let them know you'd like to have an autoplay option.
As for adding thumbnails to your video, we don't offer this option currently. However, we've submitted this request to our Rise engineers. I'll keep you posted if we receive any updates.
In the meantime, you can use a video editing tool like Replay 360 to add an image to the first frame of the video, then re-publish the video as an MP4 file. I hope that helps.
