Video Quality bad when publishing in Storyline

I have an eLearning module I created in Storyline. When I insert a video clip and publish it, the video is a horrible quality, yet when I view the video clip through Windows Media Play...

I too have faced the same problem but did not got time to put it here on forums. Thanks for bringing out the problem, although I was able to improve the quality a bit by changing the publish quality setting. But, that was not so good. Hope, we could get any clues here.
