Video Quality bad when publishing in Storyline
Hi,
I have an eLearning module I created in Storyline. When I insert a video clip and publish it, the video is a horrible quality, yet when I view the video clip through Windows Media Play...
I found the utility that saved my life. Not only let me convert my WMV files to MP4, but let me change dimensions and bit rate at the same time. Online-Convert.com did the trick. Tested the results using Mike's work around and it looks so much better than before.
