- Are you publishing your Storyline course to Review 360, LMS, or someplace else?
- Are the video quality impairments present across multiple browsers?
- Have you used the trim feature on the video from your course? Our team is actively monitoring a bug that causes the compression setting of a video to automatically be greyed out when using Storyline's trim function.
If you would be willing to share a copy of your file here in the discussion or privately through a support case, we'd be happy to take a closer look and determine if you are being affected by the same issue. We'll delete it from our system as soon as we're finished!
