Video recording not framing correctly

I am trying to record a video in Peek, and the window never frames correctly.  No matter how I move the frame before recording, the video only captures a corner of my screen.

Hello

I'm having the same issue using Storyline 360. I'm working from a HP laptop connected to HP hub with an additional monitor.

    Hi Frankie!

    I see that David unplugged the external monitor, and that did the trick. Have you tried this?

    Also, is this happening with Peek 360 and Storyline 360 on your end? If so, we'll need our Support Engineers to step in. You can reach their team directly in a support case.
