Video recording won't play in presentation

I am also having this issue. When I insert an recording mp4 downloaded off of webex, it just appears black in preview and won't play.
I have had to republish into Camtasia which can take a relatively long time for a project that should be quick and easy.
Is there a fix from articulate for this?
