Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that some of the learners can't view the videos! I'm happy to help troubleshoot to narrow down the issue.
- What browser are they using? Have they tried using a different one? Here is a list of the supported browsers for reference.
- Are they receiving an error message or seeing a loading symbol?
