Video with a frame
Hello,
Does anybody know how to embed a video in Rise as the one attached (with a white frame). I tried embedding it from storyline and the thumbnail is black when inserted in Rise.
I tried uploading the video in Rise as a tab interaction, using just one tab. WHile the thumbnail is not black, the frame has a bigger space on top as there supposed to be a title.
Does anybody have any ideas?

I produce my videos in vimeo and use the embed block, then on that block there is a protractor icon for formattting and check border. From the pencil edit icon I also deselect the metadata and get a clean white border from there.
Has there been an update to this? It's crazy that this request was made YEARS ago and yet still no resolution. I am uploading videos that show black screen with white play button. We really need the ability to upload a thumbnail.
