I can confirm that I was able to observe the same behavior on my end. We are currently monitoring a known issue where "When timeline reaches Xs" triggers still execute when you skip any point in the seekbar after Xs. I opened a support case on your behalf so we can have our support engineers verify if you are being affected by the bug, as well as offer any workarounds if possible.
