Video with question overlays.
I would like to create a video based course where:
The video pauses at specified points
A question appears superimposed over the video
The user selects a question choice.

Thanks for the clarification. I see my teammate, Matthew, has been assigned to your case, so you're in great hands! Although we don't currently have an immediate workaround, one thing you may want to consider is disabling the seekbar in Player Properties, to prevent learners from skipping around the course.
