One word of caution when removing compression on videos: If publishing to SCORM, the file size may be too large. It may be an acceptable size for the LMS, but it may also create bandwidth issues if you have a large number of users accessing the system.
Good point. This option should only be used when you have already compressed the videos using another tool and are wanting to avoid double compression of the video.
