Videos wont play on a local playback in addition to 360 upload

HI,

So my videos don't play when I publish them to 360.

I tried publishing a copy to the 'Web' where i plan on zipping it up and copying it to my webserver so it can sit with no lms support in a webserver public directory just to see how the course is working but I can't even get videos to play locally???

If I zip up the course and copy it to the webserver it won't play there either since it won't even play out of a folder via my browser.

Why won't my videos play?
