I am having the same issue as Helen. The Storyline interactive shows as a play button; however, the button will not play. I have read several posts about the same problem. I have not been able to find a fix. Can you help me with a fix?

Hi WendySamples,
I'm happy to help you out!
Storyline blocks will not play within the Rise 360 lesson. They'll launch full-screen to give the Storyline content room to display on smaller screens. When you close the Storyline block, you'll return to the Rise 360 lesson with the play button again showing for the Storyline block.
- What happens when you press the Play button?
- Are you viewing the published course? Mobile previews in Rise 360 won't show the Storyline block. As my teammate, Alyssa, explained, you can test the Storyline block by opening the Share link on your mobile device.
I look forward to your reply!
