Voice-over cuts off mid-screen after publishing in latest Articulate 360
Description: We are experiencing an issue where the voice-over in the module cuts off partway through playback on specific screens after publishing. The issue is observed in the latest version of Articulate 360 and appears to occur when the module is published from one particular machine. The same affected screens do not consistently show the issue in other conditions/machines.
Expected behavior: Voice-over should play fully and smoothly on all screens in the published module.
Actual behavior: On specific screens, the voice-over stops/cuts off before the audio completes.
Impact: Learners may miss important narration and instructional content.

Hi Developer6, this sounds like it may be related to the publishing environment rather than the audio itself, especially since the issue appears on specific screens and is tied to one machine.
I’d advice first test the affected slides by previewing them in Storyline, checking the audio timeline/length, and republishing from a different machine. Also verify that the project is being worked on from a local drive and that the latest Articulate 360 update is installed.
