Volume Increasing 20 seconds into Video
I am using text-to-speech feature with a video in storyline. When I preview in storyline the audio sounds normal but when I publish as a video and bring into Rise 360, around 20 seconds into my video the volume gets significantly louder. Does anyone know how to fix this please?
Thank you,
Ashley

Hi CMcGehee,
I'm happy to help!
We're currently tracking a bug where a video's audio volume increases around the 20 second mark. If you're willing to share your file with our team, that will help us to confirm if this issue is related!

Hi,
Thank you for the information. I did share our file with your team. How will I know once the bug is resolved? Will I have to reload my file after the fix?
Thank you,
Hi CMcGehee!
Glad to see Kelly has been helping you!
I noticed you've also connected with my teammate Mick, through a support case. As he shared, we have this behavior logged as a bug in Storyline 360. This bug causes:
- When audio and video are on the same slide, if the audio's duration is longer than the video, publishing to video causes the volume of the audio to increase as soon as the duration of the video completes.
Not to worry! We've included your voice in the bug report, so we can notify you as soon as a fix is in place. Once a fix is released, you will need to update Storyline 360, and republish your course to take advantage of the fix.
Please let me know if you have anymore questions!

This is happening to mine as well. When will this be fixed? My course can't wait!

Thank you. I have also seen that the sound from the Ai voice is inconsistent from slide to slide - you can see in the timeline and hear differences in volume (this is not related just to video output, as per the previous case, and not as extreme.)
