Web export returns a "replay" button

Hi, 

We are currently looking into adding interactive parts build in Storyline within an iframe on our webpage. However we run into a problem where this returns a black replay button once the page is refreshed (screenshot attached). 

I publish the storyline for web. Then the package is uploaded to the host. Already here (on the testing environment - UAT link) the file opens with the restart when refreshed. 

Is there anything you know of that should be done to prevent the black replay screen?

    Hi Iris,

    Thanks for reaching out about this!

    To start, I'd like to confirm what browser you're using. Do you see the same result if you try a different browser or view the course in incognito mode? If you're comfortable sharing your file, I'd be happy to do some testing on my end as well. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!

    Hi Kelly,

    I got the issue solved. In fact it was a setting that I had to change within the player: Under menu point "Other", I set the Resume on restart to "Always resume". That seemed to do the trick.
