Issue with Replay Button When Using "Resume Saved State"
Hey Team,
In the slide player settings, I set slides to resume saved state since I’ve disabled the Next button. I wanted learners to go through each slide before moving forward. Once a learner has reviewed a slide, I don’t want them to have to replay the slide again just to enable the Next button.
However, this setup seems to interfere with the Replay button—it’s not working and won’t replay the slide as intended.

It sounds like you're using triggers to disable the Next button. If you want to ensure that users view each slide's timeline before continuing, you don't need triggers. Instead, set the Player navigation to Restricted.
This is how Restricted navigation works:- Storyline puts the Next button in the Disabled state when the user first visits the slide.
- Storyline changes Next to the Normal state when the slide’s timeline ends. Simply adjust the timeline to adjust when Next will be enabled.
- Next remains in the Normal state whenever the user revisits a completed slide.
- This works even if you don’t show the built-in Menu.
- If you do show the built-in Menu, users will be able to click the Menu to jump to any previously viewed slide. But they won’t be able to click the Menu to advance to a new slide.
Here's more info about controlling the NEXT button, including option to ensure a user finishes an interaction (even if you're using Restricted navigation): TIP: Controlling the NEXT Button 101 | Articulate - Community

Thank you so much. However, it’s a requirement that the slides not be restricted. Could you please check if there’s a way to fix the retry button and why it isn’t working when we apply the resume saved state?
Hi PoojaDwivedi-4d!
Great to see Judy has been helping you!
I noticed that you've also opened a support case being handled by my teammate, Enelluar. It looks like he just replied to your e-mail with some follow-up questions!
