What application / platforms does the email trigger open in?
Hello! Does anyone know if the 'email' trigger option (hyperlink) in Storyline 360 only opens in Outlook or does it automatically detect the learner's default application/platform and open in that? We are working on a module where we do not know the learner's specifications so we need to account for this. thank you!
It sends a mailto request to the learner’s system, and the system (usually) opens the default email application.
