What happened to the States in Storyline 360?

Suddenly my ability to adjust the States of objects has disappeared. I can select Timeline, Notes, but States is not listed. See image below. I'm working with the latest Storyline update (...
Hi Tracey - I don't have that issue but there is something funky on when trying to edit existing states. When I click on hover to edit it changes the visited and selected states at the same time. I just logged out and restarted my machine and it seems ok at the moment.
