What happened to the States in Storyline 360?

Suddenly my ability to adjust the States of objects has disappeared. I can select Timeline, Notes, but States is not listed. See image below. I'm working with the latest Storyline update (...
Thanks for the info about your experience, Wendy! I think I'll just leave it on the earlier version for now, for lack of time to experiment. I hope Technical Support weighs in!
