What information is collected from Storyline Desktop app to improve the app?
I am part of my company's cloud assessment team. I would like to know what information is collected from customer's endpoint that has Storyline 360 desktop app installed. In addition, we would like to confirm Storyline 360 is not a cloud service and doesn't have a cloud component. From my research, users can publish Storyline 360 material to cloud apps such as Review 360.
Question is referring to an Articulate 360 statement below:
If online, desktop apps will occasionally connect to the cloud-based Articulate infrastructure to get Content Library assets or collect information to improve our apps. But desktop apps aren’t cloud-based. They save data locally to your computer.

Is there a way to disable any Articulate 360 desktop apps phone home capability, particularly the collection of app improvement data?
Hello Philip!
Great questions! Here is the information that we collect from the Articulate 360 desktop app. You can also choose to opt-out of sharing this data with us!
